Sublimation printing is a technique that uses heat sensitive inks (water based sublimation ink). These inks turn into gas under the influence of a high temperature machine (Heat Press Machine) and combine with a polyester medium. Since the ink becomes part of the structure of the material, the images on the fabric do not fade or crack.
SoutCol Sublimation Transfer Paper, generally speaking, is composed of three parts, the functional coating layer at the top of paper, the base paper in the middle and the anti-wrap coating layer at the bottom. The functional coating layer is for ink absorption and dye separation, and it is because of the existing of anti-wrap coating layer that prevent the paper from being curled when high inkload printing is applied to. Together with the quality base paper, the three components finally make the sublimation transfer paper an ideal medium for custom clothes, hard items and all other products that can be sublimated.
